Since Yogantarpg.in provides brokerage and consultancy services for Paying Guest (PG) accommodations, we do not ship any physical products. Therefore, traditional shipping and logistics policies do not apply to our business.
Please refer to our delivery process for services below:
1. Nature of Delivery
The “Product” being sold on this website is a Service (Brokerage Assistance). Delivery is considered complete when the user is provided with the property details, contact information of PG owners, or physical site visits guided by our representatives.
2. Delivery Timeline

Instant Access: Upon successful payment of the ₹1000 brokerage fee, your service is activated immediately. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address.

Service Commencement: Our team will contact you or provide the requested PG details within 24 to 48 hours of the payment confirmation.
3. Method of Delivery

Digital Delivery: Information regarding PG properties, names, and descriptions will be delivered via our website interface, WhatsApp, or Email (info@yogantarpg.in).

Physical Assistance: Guided visits to the PG properties will be coordinated via phone calls and scheduled based on your availability and the PG owner’s timing.
4. Service Validity
As this is a time-bound service, the “Delivery” of our support continues for a period of 90 days from the date of payment. During this time, we are committed to helping you find the right accommodation.
5. Costs
There are no shipping or handling charges applicable to our services. The ₹1000 fee is all-inclusive for the brokerage service offered on the website.
