Yogantarpg.in provides professional brokerage and consultancy services to assist users in finding Paying Guest (PG) accommodations. The fee of ₹1000 is a service charge for property matching, broker assistance, and coordination.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

  • Service Activation: The brokerage fee is charged for the activation of our search and assistance services. Once the payment is successfully processed, the fee is 100% Non-Refundable.

  • Immediate Value: Upon payment, the user gains access to our curated property database and the professional time of our agents; therefore, no refunds will be issued regardless of whether a PG is finalized or not.

3. 90-Day Service Validity

In place of a refund, we offer a service guarantee:

  • Your payment of ₹1000 entitles you to 90 days of continuous support.

  • If the first PG property recommended does not meet your requirements, we will continue to provide alternative options and assistance until you find a suitable match, provided it falls within the 90-day period from the date of payment.

4. No Physical Returns

As Yogantarpg.in provides an intangible digital and field service, there is no physical product involved. Consequently, “Returns” or “Exchanges” of physical goods are not applicable to our business model.

5. Cancellation Policy

Users may choose to stop using our services at any time. However, such a decision does not entitle the user to a cancellation of the fee already paid. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be canceled or reversed.Our fees is fixed for 30 days. If you cancel we will help you to find other property on rent

6. Important Considerations

  • Property Verification: While we assist in finding the PG, the final physical verification of the premises and the agreement with the PG owner are the responsibility of the user.

  • Rules & Discipline: Users must adhere to the discipline and terms set by the PG owner. Failure to comply with PG house rules does not constitute grounds for a refund of the brokerage fee.
