• For Tenants: It is your responsibility to verify the safety and legitimacy of the PG.

• For Owners: The verification of the tenant’s identity and background (Police Verification, ID checks, etc.) is the sole responsibility of the PG owner as per local laws.

5. Fees and Payments

The ₹1000 brokerage fee paid on this website is for the service of finding a PG and is independent of the rent or security deposit paid to the PG owner. This fee is non-refundable as stated in our [Refund Policy].
