1. Services Provided

Yogantarpg.in acts as an intermediary broker between individuals seeking Paying Guest (PG) accommodations (“Users”) and PG property owners. Our service includes providing property information, descriptions, and assistance in securing a rental.

2. Brokerage Fees & Payment

  • Service Fee: A one-time brokerage fee of ₹1000 is mandatory to avail of our personalized assistance and property details.

  • Payment Gateway: All payments must be made through the integrated payment gateway on our website.

  • Non-Refundable: As per our [Refund Policy], this fee is for service activation and is strictly non-refundable once paid.

3. Validity of Service

  • Your paid brokerage fee is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of transaction.

  • During these 90 days, we are committed to helping you find a suitable PG. If you do not finalize the first option provided, we will continue to suggest alternatives within this period.

  • After 90 days, the service contract expires, and any further assistance will require a new registration.

4. User Conduct and Discipline

  • Sincere Use: This website must be used only for lawful purposes by individuals genuinely seeking PG accommodation.

  • Discipline: Users must adhere to the rules, regulations, and discipline standards set by the PG owners. Good conduct is mandatory for the harmony of the PG environment.

  • Acceptance of PG Rules: By choosing a PG through us, the user agrees to accept the specific conditions provided by the PG owner, which will be communicated before the move-in date.

5. Verification and Inspections

  • Property Inspection: Users are responsible for inspecting the PG property, facilities, and surrounding area thoroughly before making any rent payments to the owner.

  • Identity Verification: The responsibility for verifying the tenant’s background and identity documents lies solely with the PG Owner.

  • Accuracy of Info: While we attempt to list verified properties, Yogantarpg.in does not guarantee the 100% accuracy of the descriptions provided by third-party owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

Yogantarpg.in (and its owners/representatives) shall not be liable for:

  • Any disputes between the tenant and the PG owner regarding rent, security deposits, or facilities.

  • Any loss of personal belongings or safety issues within the PG premises.

  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to the website for any user who:

  • Provides false information.

  • Uses the platform for fraudulent purposes.

  • Displays indiscipline or violates the PG owner’s essential conditions.
